Dare to Dream

Four weeks ago, a friend’s wife put to bed, and she gave birth to a baby boy! Last week, a colleague at work put to bed and again, it was a boy!  Last Friday, another colleague’s wife put to bed and it was another boy!!!  A few hours later, our Vice President’s wife, Tope Olisa, who is also a member of the Foresight EXCO, put to bed and it was also a boy!!!! Hallelujah! 


But wait a minute!  I perceive that God is up to something … I guess He’s filling the ‘gap,’ i.e.  creating a balance in the boy-girl ratio. So, boys, BEWARE!  Ladies will soon be scarce.  On another note,  I am very sure that by the time my beautiful daughter (Ifann) is 21, Olisa’s son (who would already be working in an oil company by then) will not be able to resist her… LOL!  But if any of my other friend’s sons joins the military, we will just “dump” Olisa’s son and move on … LOL! It is our family tradition to always choose power over money.

Did someone just give me a ‘WAKE-UP’ tap? ...LOL! Yeah, yeah! Dream! Dream!! Dream!!! What else would you live for if you did not have a dream? Dreaming is free, no matter how big your dream is. If you have a vision, you’ve got to dream, dream really big until you get inspired enough to make it a reality. Thankfully, we do not need your permission to dream BIG. It is not like an adult movie that you could rate PG (Parental Guidance), 18 or 21. While some are living their other lives on Facebook, keeping their Blackberry company or marrying their TV shows (movie magic), I just close my eyes and dream.  I do not need you to accept my ‘Dream’ request like we do on Facebook, or load recharge cards with credit like you do for your Blackberry. I do not even need NEPA (power) like you do for TV.  I just shut my mind off and dream.  I see myself and ‘the woman of my dreams’ running an airline company with jetliners, the first of their kind, lending money to nations, financing true Christians into power and establishing institutions that will remain.

What is your own dream? I dare you to dream today. Yes, you may wake up to reality afterwards (or see that you are where you were) but you spirit-man will know better.
