Once
a friend was glancing through my New Estate photo album (picture collection)
and he said to me; “Frank, these your
church babes are so hot they could pass as cure for Erectile Dysfunction” I
laughed my head off! ha-haha! I think he’s right though! We have very beautiful
girls in NEBC/Foresight. Why we let most of our merchandise slip thru to other markets is a question for
another day. As they say; a prophet is not honoured in his own village.
Sex therapists define premature ejaculation as a lack of
ejaculatory control, which interferes with sexual or emotional well being in
one or both partners. While not particularly informative for the layperson,
this definition shows that premature ejaculation has a strong negative impact
on a man's emotional well being, especially by making him less confident in
himself.
It's
perfectly clear that inexperience is one of the biggest causes of premature
ejaculation.
Inexperience
is not a crime though, it’s also not a problem. Remember, marriage is what
gives you the license to experiment with the right person. Be proud! Everyone’s a learner at one point or
the other. What you need to know? Poor confidence, poor diet, lack of sleep, poor fitness,
anxiety or beign nervous, financial condition, not wanting to get caught (Quicky) or fear of making a bad impression
on someone around you, who may find out… are some major causes of accidental-discharge (shooting too
quickly :-).
On
the psychological side, premature ejaculation can be caused by depression,
stress, unrealistic expectations (she’s not the ‘beauty’ you expected), or the
reinforced lack of confidence (when you have failed to make it happen recurrently).
Most of the causes listed here could also pass as that of Soft Erection. They
are all in the category of ED (Erectile Dysfunction).
So
what are the other causes of soft erection? A weak or soft erection
indicates that there is no sufficient blood flow to the penis. Penile chambers
and tissues that are filled with blood and hold it are just not getting enough
blood. Different factors can make arteries and veins to constrict and reduce
blood flow. Some of the factors may be smoking , drugs & alcohol, a recent
masturbation, high fat diet, etc.
What
to do?
Can everyone (married) really
have a great and regular sexual experience? Yes! And is there a school for couples
who don’t know how? You are on your own. If you can keep your ego in the box,
try visit a consultant. Truth is, whether
you will be able to delay ejaculation or keep a strong erection, it’s all in
your head! How to control it is what you need to learn. Otherwise you might
just need to change your lifestyle, diet or habits. Below are a few tips,
in addition to the one you already know (kegel).
1.
Eat well, keep it hard: Simple changes in your diet can increase your libido and give you a
harder erection. Foods like wheat and vegetables, then bananas, eggs, nuts,
figs, chilies, onions, and even wine can increase your sexual prowess. A word
of caution: Steer clear of junk food.
2. You need exercise: Healthy men are
always sexually active. Exercise is one of the best ways to increase your sex
drive and sexual potency. It reduces stress which is an
erection-killer, and helps enhance testosterone production in the body. Kegel exercises are a perfect workout for
the penis.
3.
Avoid smoking or drinking
alcohol: You must have heard this a million times, smoking
and drinking can really affect your sexual life. Smoking decreases your blood
circulation, and results in less lung capacity. It can impact your ability to
get and maintain an erection. And alcohol can numb the body and lead to
temporary erectile dysfunction.
4.
Avoid masturbation: Save something for a real sex. Excessive masturbation can decrease
your sexual appetite. Continual erections and ejaculations may lead to weaker
erection the next day. So, control the urge!
5.
Know the right sex positions: Always warm up with oral sex. Sexual positions like missionary and doggy style allow more blood flow, leading to a stronger and harder
erection. And don't ever let her ride you first!
6.
Throw away those tight
undergarments: Avoid wearing tight, or any, undergarments, for
that matter, while sleeping. It restricts blood flow to the penile tissues
which in turn can affect erection strength. Always go for loose, airy
underwear.
One more important
thing: as you work on this, simply stop worrying about weak erections and lead
a healthy sex life. For further enquiries, consult a therapist. I have closed
my books. J
Wishing you all the
best in your intimacy!

Hi Sue,
I guess 'Always' might not cut it for everybody. My bad! but I think the couples should set the rules, or, as the spirit leads...
