Seasoned For Influence

Seasoned for Influence is the expectation of the Baptist Youth Conference for every (wo)man who experienced being ‘Seated with Christ’ last year. This year’s youth week theme will not be too strange from our overall objective of becoming youths of Character and Excellence. To be seasoned also means to be tough, die-hard, tested, resistant or all-weathered.

Poju Oyemade is the Senior Pastor of Covenant Christian Centre, Lagos. Being a Teacher & Preacher of the Word of faith and also a Public Speaker, he impacts thousands of lives with insight into how they can apply biblical principles in a pragmatic and practical way in their daily lives… http://www.pojuoyemade.com/

Damilola Oluwatoyinbo is a blend of gifts and grace. He is a dynamic speaker, inspirational writer, spiritual shepherd, youth leader, infopreneur and blogger… http://www.damioluwatoyinbo.com/about/

Our father in the Lord, Rev Elisha Gaya of New Revelation Baptist Church, a renowned minister of the Baptist family and God’s instrument of inestimable value has in addition to the above speakers, ear-marked our request in their appointment list.

These categories of ministers were carefully selected to bring to us dynamic strategies that will position us for influencing our generation. Just like you do, I’m excited in my spirit to think that I will be under the ministration of these wonderful men of God who made themselves available as effective instrument of change in our generation, even beyond the shores of our Nation.

That’s not all, in the Grand finale will be packed with off-the-hook Songs, dance, drama and rib cracking jokes in a Concert put together by Foresight Choir (an array of choir from 7 different sister churches). This day, we shall be wearing Foresight customized shirts to reflect our unity as New Estate Family Churches. I want to believe you have ordered for your piece.

I’m particularly proud of the Excos and Deacons of 2011 who are committed to making this year’s Youth Week exceedingly better than the former. Remember to pray along as one family…
Please endeavour to forward this information to all friends and family in your list, so they can make convenient arrangements to benefit from this 7day start studded programme (5th-11th June, 2011). PUSH THE GOSPEL TODAY!!!
